Even at a yoga retreat, sometimes you want to be indulgent while you're on holiday. These revisited Lotus Tiramisu are the perfect balance — rich and satisfying, yet light enough to enjoy guilt-free. With layers of Coco Plant based yogurt , espresso-soaked Lotus biscuits, and a delicate dusting of cocoa, they offer a mindful twist on a classic dessert. Ideal for a sweet treat after a day of sun salutations.

Ingredientes
6 tbsp plant based coco yogurt
3/4 lotus biscuit
8 thin slices of bananas
4 tsp instant coffee
pure cacao powder to top it up
Preparación
Lotus Tiramisu Cups (Dairy-Free Option)
As with all our homemade desserts, we like to use lactose-free milk or yogurt whenever possible, so everyone can enjoy them—regardless of any intolerances.
Instructions:
Use a nice glass, cup, or small bowl for serving.
Crush the Lotus biscuits into fine crumbs.
Start layering:
Begin with a spoonful of coconut yogurt,
Add a layer of crushed Lotus biscuit,
Then a few slices of banana.Repeat the layers until you reach the top of the glass.
Drizzle a little coffee between layers or soak the biscuit layer lightly in coffee for a classic tiramisu flavor.
Top it off with a dusting of cocoa powder and a whole Lotus biscuit for presentation.
Chill in the fridge for at least 4 hours before serving.
