What time is check in and check out?

Standard check in time is 4pm and check out is 10am. If you arrive before the scheduled check in time then this is not a problem as you can relax at one of the cafes on Port des Torrent beach which is only 300 metres walk from the villa

Is the retreat suitable for beginners?

Yes, one of our core parts of our ethos is that we welcome everyone at our retreats regardless of age, level of ability or their lifestyle choices as we believe that yoga shouldn't be about being good at something but about being good to yourself
