

MY STORY
My name is Manon as a massage therapist, yoga and stretching isn’t just a routine—it’s an important way of listening to the body, honouring its rhythms, and creating space for energy to flow.
Yoga and mindful stretching are not about performance, but presence. In this art of living, flexibility is not only physical, but emotional and spiritual too.
I felt truly enthusiastic about running the Bliss Yoga Retreats in Ibiza because the ethos deeply align with my own values and my vision of what a retreat should be about, based on how I would love to experience it myself as a guest.
Hosting is something that comes naturally to me as I always do my best to create the best possible experience for people in everything I do. I make sure that everyone at the retreats feels safe, seen, and at home—without pressure or expectations. My path is guided by intuition, care, and a love for creating moments that feel light, grounded, fun, and special.

Food is one of the other ways I love to nurture people. I prepare soulful food with intention and warmth, creating meals that are as comforting as they are nourishing.

Holistic Therapies are another way I share presence and care. Through intentional touch and inspired techniques, I offer a space where tension melts, energy flows, and the body can return to a natural state of calmness.
