Vegan Chocolate Mousse

About the Recipe

This plant based chocolate mousse is made from avocado and banana, naturally sweetened, rich in flavour, yet light and nourishing

Ingredients

  • 6 Avocados

  • 3 Bananas

  • 1 bar of Dark Chocolate

  • Plant based milk (coco/almond or oat)

  • 2 table spoon of natural sweetener honey or agave

  • 3/4 table spoon of coco oil

  • 1 table spoon of vanilla extract

  • Optional (1 drop of wild orange essential oil)

Preparation

STEP 1

Peel bananas and chop avocados put them in the blender.


STEP 2

Add the coco oil - natural sweetener - vanilla extract and the plant based milk in the blender


STEP 3

Melt the chocolate slowly in the pan and add it to the mix in the blender


STEP 4

Put in the fridge for 1 hour to set or if short on time you can put in the freezer for 30 mins
