The Classes & Teachers

About our yoga classes

We have two daily classes with our amazing yoga teacher. We start the day with an energizing 9am morning Vinyasa class which is more physically demanding and a relaxing evening yin class which is slower and more meditative. Our teachers are great at adjusting the level of their classes to suit our guests ability and will always offer an easier variation when giving more challenging poses. As with the activities all of the classes are completely optional, so if your body is telling you that it needs a rest then don't feel guilty if you decide to miss a class!

Be a Karma Yogi

Your help is always appreciated

We want you to enjoy your holiday and have a relaxing time, but we also want the space that we have created to feel like a friendly community where everyone is equal. This practice is called Karma yoga and is intended to create a space where everyone feels valued and no one is treated as subservient. If you feel like doing small things around the house to help the staff like clearing your plate after dinner then it is really appreciated by us and means that our team have more time to relax and enjoy the week with you.

We create a WhatsApp group before arrival so you can see if any other guests would be interested in sharing the cost with you also :)
