A filosofia da Bliss Yoga
Na Bliss Yoga Retreats, nossa missão é simples:
'Tornar a experiência maravilhosa de participar de um retiro de ioga acessível a todos!'
Damos as boas-vindas a todos, independentemente da idade, nível de habilidade ou estilo de vida, porque acreditamos que ninguém deve ser desencorajado a fazer algo que lhe faça bem.
Acreditamos que ser bom em ioga não deveria ser um requisito. Você não precisa ser bom em beber água ou em ser gentil. Você obtém os benefícios simplesmente praticando.
O benefício da ioga é que você se sente melhor e tem uma conexão melhor consigo mesmo e com o mundo ao seu redor.
Temos 4 princípios fundamentais que orientam tudo o que fazemos no retiro. Esses princípios são:

Amizade
At Bliss Yoga Retreats we aim to create a social atmosphere where people can connect and form strong bonds so that the entire group including our staff feel like a little family by the end of the week. We have made many friends from our retreats and had so many lovely groups of people who maintain contact with each other long after the retreat has finished.
Liberdade
Some more conventional yoga retreats can have very rigid rules. Strictly only healthy food options, no caffeine and no alcohol! At Bliss Yoga we like giving people the freedom to choose, not dictating how they have to enjoy their holiday or judging anyone for their lifestyle choices. It's YOUR holiday and we want you to enjoy it YOUR way!
Diversão
Holidays are meant to be fun! That's why at our retreats we like to encourage people not to take life too seriously and to embrace their playful side. That's why our retreats include music, dancing, singing and themed dinner nights. We want everyone to feel free to embrace their silly side and express themselves openly without judgement.
Aventura
The world is a big, beautiful place that was meant to be explored! That's why at Bliss Yoga Retreats we encourage you to venture outside of the retreat and discover some of the breath-taking places that Tenerife has to offer. We have a range of free excursions so that the group can explore the beauty of the island together!
